In a significant move to combat child hunger within our community, the collaborative efforts of Mt. Wheeler Power and CoBank have culminated in a compassionate gesture of support towards the Committee Against Child Hunger program. This initiative has been positively impacted by an unprecedented contribution totaling $10,000, facilitated through CoBank’s Sharing Success Grant program.
CoBank, a cooperative bank serving vital industries across rural America, plays a pivotal role in supporting rural infrastructure, businesses, and communities. The Sharing Success program, a hallmark of CoBank’s philanthropic efforts, amplifies the contributions of its co-op members to their communities by matching donations, thereby doubling the impact of their support toward meaningful projects and causes.
