The White Pine Chamber of Commerce is breaking through our county borders. Our local economy and the sustainable success of our members are too important to limit our efforts to only these precious and pristine 10,000 square miles of Great Basin Heritage Area. So, we’ve thought BIG and built TWO larger networks for our members in which to thrive. We have become an economic supporting entity that is now the largest in the region. We have now joined forces with the Eureka Business Network (EBN). Their work establishing their own Eureka Main Street organization means our members will begin seeing benefits that stretch to our closest neighbor to the west.
As both organizations create this new collaborative effort, members will see their Chamber Bucks extend to other member businesses operating across the county line, like Bath Lumber and Economy Drug for example. The Chamber will be utilizing the connection with the EBN to build broader awareness of events and special promotions, offers, and exciting happenings that impact our local economic enhancement, as well as being able to inform you of everything being developed in Eureka.
The EBN develops partnerships among local businesses and economic stakeholders to help guide growth and development for the future of our community. The White Pine Chamber of Commerce shares that vision for all of Ely and White Pine, as well as our Eastern Nevada Region. This makes your White Pine Chamber of Commerce a stronger voice for driving economically impactful legislation at the state level, as well as a stronger local partner to each member, as our messaging and marketing are shared on a broader scale. The rising tide of making more goods and services more available to everyone in Eastern Nevada, lifts all boats, as they say.
Because of the White Pine Chamber of Commerce’s work helping to establish a statewide coalition of Chambers, as a founding partner of the Silver State Chambers of Commerce, our members are now a part of a Chamber of Commerce that is getting stronger every month. Now, these two network affiliations will bring much more awareness and vital connection to the rest of the region and the state. Plan a trip, this coming calendar year, they have planned some worthwhile events that you can be a part of: June 17th, 2024, the Legends of the West Bike and Car Fest; The Eureka County Fair in August; and their Art, Wine, and Music Fest in September.
