We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our ‘Fill the Bucket’ event, made possible by the incredible generosity of our members and a large donation from John Gianoli.
Through their donations, we have been able to provide fully stocked backpacks to every school within our service territory. The impact of these donations cannot be overstated. Each and every contribution will make a significant difference in the lives of students in need.

The Richard Harris Law Firm out of Las Vegas, Nevada, made a huge donation that was instigated by Michael Sandoval and Stacey Sampson who work for the firm. Jenny Tallerico, through the Catholic Church, facilitated the delivery of many of those donated backpacks.
We are proud to be able to support our local community by ensuring that every child has access to the essential school supplies they require.
If you or someone you know could benefit from a backpack filled with school supplies, we invite you to collect one from the administration office of your school. Additionally, you can visit our Mt. Wheeler Power offices in Ely or Eureka to pick one up.
