HLC Tire & Oil has done it again, hosting their second annual Christmas Lights Contest. Sponsored by HLC, Carters Agri-System, Ace Bath Lumber, the Bristlecone Tribune and KDSS.
This year they had 17 entrees and 5 categories to choose from: The Clark Griswold’s House, The North Pole, Inflatable House, The Most Traditional and People’s Choice.
The $500 raised by the contest was donated to two Angel Trees in the community, The D.E.N Angel Tree and The Mt. Wheeler Power Angel Tree.
The winners were: The Clark Griswold’s House- Brian Hicks, The North Pole- Christiann Griffin, The Inflatable House- Mandy Valdez, The Most Traditional John Chachas. 300 votes were cast online for the People’s Choice, with a whopping 105 votes the winner is Kellen Cracraft.
