Mary Stringham Lee, age 94, of St. George, Utah, passed away peacefully on February 4th, 2025, at her home in St. George, Utah.
Mary Lee was born on February 25th, 1930, in Moroni, Utah, to Hugh George Stringham and Estelle Amanda Draper Stringham.
In 1940, Mary’s parents moved to Caliente, Nevada. Mary states from her journal: My junior year I met Skeet, my future husband. We both attended BYU.
Mary’s husband, Skeet Lee, preceded her in death in April of 1980.
She enjoyed golf, flying, aerobics, reading, traveling, hiking, and walking.
Mary raised seven children in Caliente, Nevada. She leaves behind Kurt Lee (Connie Lee); Karl Lee (Jennifer Lee); Randi Lee Walker (Roy Walker); Keith Lee (Deceased); Kent Lee; Kraig Lee (Ednalyn Lee); Klark Lee (Christina Lee.)
Mary Lee had numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mary’s kindness, laughter, and selfless love will remain in our hearts forever. She touched the lives of so many. Her love and warmth will never be forgotten, and she will be profoundly missed.
