We’re excited to share that the National Park Foundation has recognized the success of our middle school educational programs and reached out to us to lead an innovative new pilot project! This initiative will bring cutting-edge science and real-world research on mountain lions and Great Basin ecosystem management into classrooms across Nevada and Utah. Students will learn to interpret Great Basin data sets, interact with subject matter experts and field scientists, and engage in thoughtful discussions about the effects of human-wildlife interactions on ecosystem management.
